Security guard services in Malaysia are manned guarding services supplied under contract by agencies licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN/MOHA) under the Private Agencies Act 1971 (Akta 27). Guards hold static posts at gatehouses, lobbies and perimeters, run logged patrols, control access and manage event crowds. Licensed agencies may currently deploy Malaysian citizens and Nepali nationals only.

There is no single price for security guard services. Cost follows the number of posts, the hours each post is covered, guard type, site risk and contract terms, so every quotation is prepared for your site after a short assessment. A 24/7 post needs several guards on rotation (typically three to five, depending on shift pattern), plus relief for leave and public holidays, which is why a headcount plan comes before a price.

Wages, overtime, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), relief cover, supervision, uniform and equipment, insurance and management fee, shown separately so quotes compare like for like.
